Treena studied her undergraduate teaching qualifications and degree at the University of Auckland and at Excelsior University in the United States. She went on to attain a master’s in interdisciplinary studies majoring in educational leadership, before undertaking a Doctoral degree with the University of Southern California. During her international career, she has supported and mentored students of all ages in several countries and is a Strengths coach. Treena has returned to NZ and is available for Auckland students and schools.
Treena is the mother of three fantastic young adults and lives in Auckland, after spending 30 years in leadership supporting students, teachers and parents at top tier international schools throughout Asia. She has returned to NZ and continues to support educator professional development, mentor young people and facilitate powerful conversations that are future focused.
Treena is a qualified Strengths coach and believes we are at our best when we lean into the strengths we have and leverage them in our everyday and when the inevitable challenges come along. Often young women struggle with finding a path where they feel engaged and supported. In her conversations with young people over the years, she has helped provide perspective and direction. Treena has also worked extensively with organizations to improve a focus on student wellbeing.
